My name is Dominic, friends call me Dom. I'm 34 years old and have a pretty active life. I live in Boise. I work for a local hospital in critical care full time. Been with the hospital for about 12 years. However, I am going to school to move away from that and get into something in the lines of IT. I got another year left in my degree and doing well. I am a self proclaimed geek. I love technology and I am constantly educating myself on new things happening in the world  of tech.

I have a daughter who is  two and a half. she keeps me pretty busy, but I get breaks when her mom has her. She is priority number one with me, school being a close second.

My interests are reading, Snowboarding, Going to movies, Frisbee Golf, Meeting new people, Fatherhood, duct taping small rodents to stop signs (jk), Homework, Scratching, Underground Hip-Hop, Digg, my daughter, Linux, Open Source, Dance, trance, Techno, Turntablism and much more...

I consider myself an idealist. I'm am bothered my mainstream journalism, global warming, internet neutrality, the state of our health in food, and other global issues that I happen to read on.
